Naiomy Günlüğü, 30 Ara 13

No waiting until after the New Year, based on my clothes i kinda HAVE to start now or else i won't fit in anything in a week! lol...

As of today, my goal for 2014 is to lose 29.6 lbs.

This will put me at 145, so eff last years goal, my goal is to surpass it.

I've been struggling these last few months with losing, so i just woke up this morning with a resolve to stop feeling sad and sorry for myself and to try to just get it done.

Day 1 almost over and I feel great about my chances of reaching my goals.

Will set up some mini-goals and fitness goals soon. Logging my food on Myfitnesspal.com, come follow me there (narrington77)

Im with you! I decided not to wait either. After returning from a trip to my dad's for Christmas, we all gained between 3-5 lbs...now that doesn't seem like much but let me add, I WAS already over weight....therefore...not waiting until the New Year to get my workout on! Been pretty good about sticking with it and it looks like you are too! Good job and keep it up!
