Good late late Wednesday morning. Gained a pound - dropped a pound. Still maintaining. 24 hour Full moon fast this weekend. Very much looking forward to the outcome to compare with *non-moon* and New Moon fast results. Half way to the weekend and the sun is shining. Natures dopamine! Have a lovely and purposeful rest of your day. Be happy! (Been listening to 80s/90s soft rock ballads lately, is there anything prettier than that? Can't stop singing 🙃😁) xo

Good Monday mornin all you lovely people.
Just realized I havent seen my mourning doves around lately. Have had a pair living here with me for years and they are my favorite birds. Spotted a great horned owl in one of the trees this spring and have heard it evenings so now Im wondering if that could be why. Actually now that I think about it there have been considerably fewer birds on my property whereas usually the trees and underbrush is alive with them. Especially the mockingbirds. Hmmm.
Well, its a new day and a new week and a new opportunity to do and be the best we can be, so let's do it. xo

Good Sunday morning, and it is a sunny one. Woke feeling zapped of energy and a little weak. Still holding my own and not coming down fully sick, thankful for that. This month is flying by and I havent lost a thing. On the upside Im maintaining very well. I keep telling myself muscle weighs more 😁 As quickly as this summer has flown by, fall will be here and gone in a blink and then it will be the long gray winter. I really need to up my game to drop this last bit before the holidays. I want to dress up and look my best for every one of them! We have a rare full moon coming up on the 19th, and yes I plan to fast the 24 hrs prior! (Moon sisters, get ready!)
