Do I want to log this horrible gain? No. Do I need to so that I will stop this snowballing of awful eating? YES! My 5yo son broke his arm two weeks ago, and the stress combined with lack of sleep has really done a number on my energy, metabolism, self control, etc. I haven't been to the gym or counted a calorie in two weeks. Apparently I've just watch the food go in my mouth while sitting on my butt! But, back to it today. Enjoying my cheese and yogurt today, because I'm starting a 7-day cleanse tomorrow. I need to cleanse my body of the junk I've put in it so I can get back on the weight loss track. I have an important event on the 30th and I REALLY want to be below 200 when we go. I figure if I can put on almost 6 pounds in two weeks, I can certainly lose that 6, plus 1 more in the same amount of time. Really thinking a lot of it is water anyway. The cleanse will get that off. So, here's to restarting my efforts, hope everybody has a great day!

Another 110 oz of water, 275 squats, 2 planks plus an hour and 20 minute workout at the gym. Ate really good, no cravings, no cheating. Feeling so great!! So close to 199...so excited!!

Yes! Day one of my 30-day challenge was highly successful! I drank 110 oz of water, had no soda, completed both planks, went to Piloxing and completed 275 squats throughout the day! Also did excellent with my eating, and all the water helped me stay full and cut cravings. Feeling great today and ready to do it all over again!!

Only a 1 pound gain--counting that as a win after the week I had. Would eat great one meal then disaster would strike the next! But restarting today. Participating in a 30 day challenge-- 1. No pop 2. Aim for one gallon of water per day 3. Work out 4-5 times a week for 45 minutes 4. 30 second plank when wake up and 1 minute plank before bed 5. 25 squats after each time you go to the restroom. I weighed in and measured this morning, plus took some before pics so I can see my progress after 30 days. I also prepped my lunches for the week, and planned out my dinners. Makes it so much easier to not cheat Ready to see the scale start going down again!!

Wow, can't believe I'm almost back below 200!! Getting so close and very excited! It's been over two years since I was this low and I can already feel a difference! The change on the scale definitely helps motivate me to keep doing what I'm doing! My water intake is up and my exercise is up. My cravings are slowly diminishing, and I'm feeling full sooner. Learning to listen to my body and not empty my plate just because it's there is a wonderful feeling!! Just so happy and inspired today. :)
