Oh, Onederland!! How I have missed you!! I'm so excited to see you again, and I plan on you being here to stay! It's day 7 of my cleanse, and I'm down 5.6 pounds! I feel wonderful in Onederland! I already feel so refreshed and clean, and I still have 4 days (counting today) left on my cleanse! Then I start my max burn phase--14 days! I can do this! I feel empowered and ready to conquer my world! Lol I really want to see great results on this challenge, so this afternoon I'm going to go back over my plan, make sure everything looks good. See if I need to tweak anything. I know I need to get to the gym more. I only made it once this past week. I know I have some excuses, but I still need to be there. Gonna try my best to get there at least 4 days next week. I always feel so refreshed and de-stressed after my workout. I just have to make the time to be there!

Edit--checked my weight chart, and I'm back in Orange!! I haven't been in Orange since before my hysterectomy in 2013. I'm so excited!! That means I'm (finally) a quarter of the way to my goal. :)

Starting day 6 of my 10-day cleanse. I'm feeling like I can conquer the world! Lol I'm doing another 24-day challenge. I completed one in February and lost 16 pounds. I would love to do that well again, but if I can at least lose 12 pounds I'll be ecstatic! lol got a busy day planned, and my Spark is kicking in so I'm gonna get on it! Have a great day everybody!

Been a rough couple weeks. I'll do good for a couple days, then run out of prepped meals and eat junk. But I'm trying to be more consistent. I'm starting another 24-day challenge on Monday. So excited! 10 day cleanse and 14 day max phase. I did it earlier this year and I lost 16 pounds, plus my labs improved significantly. I actually had normal cholesterol. Haven't had that in years! Been working really hard this week. I'd love to hit 199 this week so that I start my challenge with a brand new number! Well, better get to work. Everybody have a great day!

Feeling so good this morning!! My energy is already coming back, I'm not so tired and my cravings are practically nonexistent. It has been a good week, and I really hope I can keep my momentum through the weekend. That's when I've been failing--when I'm home all day and find myself looking in the cabinet every time I turn around. However, I have plenty of activities planned this evening to keep me out of the fridge. Lol
