Okay!! I cheated!! Sure did!!! I had 3 packages of peanuts :-/. I blame myself because I should have just purchased one pack. I have no self-control when it comes to them. Dr. Atkins knew it!! It is so easy to overdo it with them. So, I think I am not ready to add them in my diet. :-(
Breakfast:
1 package of peanuts-----> 11carbs
Lunch:
sliced turkey w/cheese and peanuts.....>13carbs
Dinner:
Taco meat, 1/2 oz of cheese, small tomato, and peanuts......>
Plus no water for today :-(
I'm thinking about 40 carbs today..bad Jae bad Jae..but it's Friday I just wanted a little something. So, what will I do to make up for overdoing it on the carbs today. Back on Atkins induction strictly starting tomorrow. :-) Peanuts were good too :-)

Okay..didn't get the scales back to the car last night and stepped up on them this morning. The numbers were down but I am not going to report the drop until next week. I want to make sure it is real. Found out from my youngest son who is always keeping track of things I do such as weighing myself and drinking water. He has been my little buddy through it all. That's another reason I have to keep pushing. I don't want him to see me fail. I want him to know that a person can do anything but sometimes it takes a lot of hard work to reach your goals.
So, yesterday was great!!! No overeating and no crazy cravings. Started today out with protein. I am believing more and more in protein shakes. Now, this is what I am thinking I could totally be wrong but I am looking for something that will work when I see the scales not moving. I am thinking lose as much weight right now eating like I am and I'm really not during a lot of exercise. However, I have a great walking area in my community. How about this the middle school track is right behind my house. What excuse do I have not to walk in the evenings. None!! So, I am hoping once I reach a stall I will hit the track and do two shakes a day with one meal. I will have two snacks as well. That's my plan in the future. I have classes and work today. So, I will check in later with my thoughts.

Today totally picked up!! Not dragging around and actually getting some work done. Probably will not get to lunch until 1pm but that is cool, I'm not in a rush. I totally can't believe I just said that. Here's to a great day everyone and looking forward to reading everyone's posts later. I am so going to try to respond to some posts later today. I want to be a good buddy like everyone is being to me. "HUGS!!" Hey by the way my clothes are totally feeling bigger. I had on a pair of leggings this morning doing a few exercises and was amazed at the how baggy they were becoming. Let's do this everyone. I totally want to hear about everyone else as well.

Hello Thursday!!!
Let's see what is going on today. Feeling pretty good today yet feeling a little sluggish. I don't think it is because of my eating just seems like I didn't get my proper rest last night.
Breakfast:
Kiebalsa Sausage and tsp of cream cheese
I'm really not a breakfast person. Maybe once or twice a week I do something fun and tasty. (maybe I will have something nice for lunch)

So, I lost ten pounds in 2 weeks and 2 days. Hmm!!! Yea, I know I was suppose to stay off the scales but they some how found their way in my hands and back inside my house. They tricked me into it :-).
So, I'm happy I lost this amount. But I still have a long way to go. Going to sit down tonight and plan something out better for me. So, I am going to put the scales back in the car now that I see I am actually indeed losing. Hey maybe a few inches have been lost that are not accounted for in weight. Ha ha, I'm trying to get everything I can.
