Very lazy today!!!
However, I did take about a 15 minute walk. I even did all my son's chores because he is not feeling well. I even cleaned the fridge top and bottom. Hmm, now since I wrote it out I did do a lot.
Breakfast
: 1/2 of chicken salad made with just mayo
Snack
: 1 pk of planters peanut
Lunch
: 1 pk of planters peanuts with a sliced medium tomato
Dinner:
1 pork chop with green beans
Okay I know I am over doing it with the peanuts last day for them. I did give half out of each pack to the boys.
Thinking about carb cycling. However, I only want to start it when I reach a point where I am no longer losing. Just a thought!!

I couldn't wait to put this in this morning. I am down another pound today. How amazing is that :-). I would love to see 320 by Valentines Day. Heck let's say 319. Feeling pretty darn good :-)

Wow!! I actually saw the scales drop again this morning. I am amazed :-). I was looking back over some papers last night were I went to the doctor and I saw I had scribbled on one of them weight 348. So, I am sure at my largest I was probably over 350. So good to see I am coming down instead of going up. So, I plan to eat light again this weekend. The best thing I am finding to do on the weekends is bake a chicken. So, I just might do that again today. Not sure!! One of the boys is sick so I will be keeping an close eye on him. Flu season is terrible!!! Okay!! Will be writing another paper this weekend. What a way to start a new term off. Too cold to go anywhere anyway. :-) Hope everyone is having a wonderful and blessed morning.
