BEST LUNCH EVER!!! Or was I just hungry ;-).

Cucumbers wrapped in turkey deli meat. Some of the turkey was wrapped with cheese. Something I been wanting try and just knew it would be nasty, boy was I wrong.

1Roma tomato in vinegar w/splenda packet (1 of my staples)

1 glass of water and 1/2 glass of calorie free strawberry lemonade


Okay so I have a packet of pistachios in my drawer..I should have left them in the store. Looked at the back of the packet and if I eat them all it is 11 carbs :-( Should have looked at the back in the store but I was thinking it was no more than about 5 carbs total. I can't have them today or tomorrow. Plus I have been keeping carbs around 25 and below..I swear no need to say eat some and save some for another day..because it's not happening..not here. I don't think I'm that disciplined yet. However, if I never open the pack I will not eat them. Yea, I know give them to the boys!! It's the only thing to do. :-( :-(

Will report later about the pistachios because they are going to be my weakness today...It's a test!! One that I didn't have to take..should have just let it..should have just left it..should have just left it in the store.

Monday!!! Off to a very slow start. Overslept which is very unusual for me. Boys didn't seem to mind they got dress and was out the door with no hassle this morning. I don't feel like preparing breakfast this morning so I am having my nasty protein shake. Hope to have something delicious for lunch. (looking forward to it) Tempted to have a small pack of pistachios or macadamia nuts today.(Yep, already thinking about my next meal) However, I am a day away from completed induction..so maybe I will hold off on them till Wednesday and then I will implement them in my diet for the rest of the month. I know I am suppose to eat every waking 6 hours on Atkins but I would have totally skipped breakfast this morning if I didn't need to take medicine. Well, here's to a successful eating day!! New classes start today and I have to work so plate full. Onward!!!

I'm getting close to my first accomplishment, that would be making it to day 14 on Atkins induction. Come on girl you can do this!!! Finished another term of school and did not fail any classes. Thank you God!! Since the money is coming out of my pocket for classes I figure I would be a fool to fail. So, with that said I decided to look at being overweight the same way. Why am I buying food that would sabotage my health and make me sick and fail? (I absolutely love this site). Tried something new this morning...eating a huge low carb breakfast. Trying to avoid that weak feeling I got yesterday. Geez, I hate protein shakes. I repeat I hate protein shakes. However, I added that to my breakfast this morning.

Breakfast:

1 sausage patty

1 egg

tsp of cream cheese

1/2 cup of tomatoes (possibly more love them) I know they are kinda high in carbs. (will make up for it at lunch probably will not eat that much very light snack)

nasty protein shake
