Yeah!!! I made it through another day of not overeating. Whew!!! Although at this very moment I could go and raid the kitchen. Not because I am
hungry but because I am bored and I would go to sleep but I know I will wake up in the middle of the night. I usually grab the computer and do school work but geez I'm tired. We have no break between our new classes this term so I have completed one set of classes (5) and rolling straight into another 5. We usually have a one week break. Oh well, let me list my meals for today. Enough venting :-)

Breakfast

1 egg w/cheese and 2 strips of bacon

Lunch

Protein shake and water

Dinner

meatballs and coleslaw
with sliced tomatoes

snack
one hotdog without the bun (just a craving because I saw it in the fridge):-/

Missing today: Green Leafy vegetables (oh my!!) No, wait the coleslaw was cabbage..hmm will that count...sure it will :-).

So, tomorrow I will eat a little more. Although, I think I am okay as long as I am having the shake I feel like I'm getting nutrients that I may be missing there. I'm a big girl and I need to eat more but of course healthy. Tomorrow I will take the time to hit the grocery store and put a few more foods in the house.
